2. Our Services & CQC Regulation

  • Prime Care Workforce provides regulated homecare (domiciliary care) and live-in care services.

  • We operate in strict compliance with the rules and guidelines set forth by our regulatory body, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

  • Specific care arrangements, visit lengths, and duties will be explicitly detailed in a separate, personalized Service Agreement and Care Plan signed prior to the commencement of any care.

3. Website Use and Intellectual Property

  • The content on this website—including text, layout, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Prime Care Workforce and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not republish, sell, or duplicate material from this website without our express written consent.

4. Assessment and Personalised Care Plans

  • Care plans are fluid and designed to be flexible and personalized to accommodate changing needs.

  • Any changes to a care plan must be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Client (or their designated legal representative).

5. Continuity of Care & Staff Allocation

  • We make every effort to maintain continuity of care by matching you with a small, dedicated team of familiar faces.

  • However, we reserve the right to substitute a carer due to illness, scheduled annual leave, training, or emergency circumstances to ensure the continuous safety and well-being of the client.

  • We operate under a strict policy of respectful and person-centered delivery. We expect our clients and their households to provide a safe, respectful environment free from harassment or discrimination for our staff members.

6. Fees, Invoicing, and Cancellations

  • Fees for our services are detailed clearly in your individual Service Agreement.

  • Invoices are typically issued monthly and are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or temporarily suspend a scheduled care visit, a minimum notice of [Insert Time, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the full visit fee being charged.

  • Live-in care termination or extended suspensions require a notice period of [Insert Time, e.g., 14 days], except in emergency medical situations.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While Prime Care Workforce rigorously vets, trains, and monitors its workforce to ensure the highest standard of safe care, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

  • This does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our direct negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
